Who we are
Meet The Creator (“we”, “us”) runs a weekly interview show for creators and this website at the domain where this policy is posted. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Guest applications
When you submit the “Apply to be a guest” form, we collect the details you provide, which may include:
- Name and email address
- Social profile URL and total follower range
- Podcast interest level and any message you include
Site usage
Like most sites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use that for advertising profiles.
How we use your information
We use application details to review guest pitches, reply to you, schedule recordings if selected, and follow up about your episode. We may keep internal notes related to booking.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the site, forms, email, or hosting — only as needed to operate
- Our sponsor or production partners when relevant to producing or promoting an episode you appear on
- Authorities if required by law
Episode content you agree to publish (name, links, interview audio/video) is distributed via the RightBack app and may be promoted on our channels.
Retention
We keep application data as long as needed to manage bookings and produce episodes, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer useful — unless we must keep it for legal reasons.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what application data we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete your application if you are not booked. Published episode materials may remain available in the RightBack app where they were distributed.
Children
This site and guest applications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
Contact
Questions about privacy or your application data: use the guest application form or the contact details we reply from when we acknowledge your submission.
