Agreement
By using the Meet The Creator website or submitting a guest application, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an application.
The show and the site
Meet The Creator provides episode information, a RightBack listen link, and a way to apply as a guest. Audio streams exclusively in the RightBack app; availability and playback are controlled by RightBack.
Guest applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee you will be booked. We may accept, decline, or delay any pitch without obligation to explain.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to share links and materials you include, and that you are of legal age to enter this agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you appear on the show
If we book you, we may record audio and/or video of the interview and edit it for length and clarity. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
- You grant us permission to publish, distribute, promote, and create short clips from the episode across our feeds and social channels
- You grant us permission to use your name, likeness, and biographical details you provide in connection with the episode
- You keep ownership of your pre-existing brand, products, and content; we keep ownership of the produced episode and clips we create
We may discuss guest release details separately before recording when needed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting spam, false applications, malicious code, or content that infringes others’ rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
Site design, logos, show branding, and original written content on this site belong to Meet The Creator or our licensors. You may link to our pages; you may not copy the site wholesale or imply an affiliation we have not agreed to.
Third-party links
Links to the RightBack app, sponsors, or guest sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer
The site and show materials are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or any specific outcome from appearing as a guest (including reach, growth, or revenue).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meet The Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation as a guest. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD $50.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
